Like, there is more than a decade of stuff created around Tim being Robin. There are stories lines that are supposedly suppose to be in canon. Why does Jason hate Tim if Tim didn’t take the mantle after him. Why does Damian hate him if he isn’t, in his eyes, getting the way of him taking the mantle and being a better son? Do they now hate him because of pettiness? 

Stephanie Brown was introduced because of the Tim Drake Robin series; but I guess she still doesn’t matter and neither does her fans. 

Being Robin was an important aspect of Tim’s life. He fought, without training, to be Robin. He almost died doing so. They’re erasing a very important part if they remove Tim from the Robin plotline

Or are we forgetting the fact that after Dick took the Robin mantle away, Tim had a freaking breakdown?

but they never said they erased his time training with bruce. or even being a sidekick of his for a short time. 

the Steph stuffs probably gone, but who knows

and of course some of the old stories are gone. a lot of characters are like that so far. the bat series are lucky that they got to keep most of their continuity but not all of it could be saved.

IN 5 YEARS BRUCE HAS HAD 5 ROBINS, so no, not all of the continuity is there. But that doesn’t fucking matter, what matters is that it’s only been what a year since this started? AND THEY CAN’T EVEN REMEMBER THEIR OWN CONTINUITY.

well it has been confirmed that batman was active for some time before the “5 years ago” point of the Justice League title

im trying to defend the rational thinking of the continuity and the time frame stuff. trust me, i’ve been thinking about this 5 year period thing for a year and a few months. 

doesnt it make sense that bruce has been batman for at least 10 years since obviously thats Damian’s age (and now with the recent Batman Inc. issue I feel like thats been confirmed)
